The controversy around ‘Don 3’ has become one of the biggest talking points in Bollywood. Reports claim that after Ranveer Singh suddenly walked out of the film, the matter turned serious enough for FWICE to issue a non-cooperation notice against him. Amid the growing tension, Salman Khan reportedly stepped in to calm the situation.
According to reports, Salman spoke separately with both Ranveer Singh and Farhan Akhtar. He listened to both sides and explained that creative differences are quite common in big film projects. Salman Khan advised both stars to forget the issue and maintain a good professional relationship.
Why the ‘Don 3’ Issue Increased
Reports say Excel Entertainment had spent a lot of money on the film. After Ranveer Singh left, the company reportedly asked for compensation. On the other hand, Ranveer Singh’s team maintained that the actor felt the production house had not fully stood by him during a challenging phase of his career. There was also industry chatter suggesting that Hrithik Roshan had been approached for the film a move that reportedly displeased Ranveer’s team.
According to sources, Ranveer was also not entirely satisfied with the script. However, his team asserts that he had no intention of causing financial loss to the production house. For this very reason, they had even proposed a financial settlement, but the matter ultimately remained unresolved.
