Television actress Madirakshi Mundle has reacted to the arrest of her Sairab co-star Rohit Chandel. Speaking to the media, she said it is important to hear both sides before reaching any conclusion.
Madirakshi shared that she had only recently learned about the case. She said the show’s shooting is going on as usual. She also said she does not want to say much and hopes everything will be fine soon.

Madirakshi said that only one side of the story has come out so far, and people should wait for all the facts before forming an opinion. Earlier, another Sairab co-star, Kishori Shahane, also reacted to the news. She said she first thought it was part of the show’s promotion because a similar track is being shown in the serial. Later, she found out that the incident was real. She added that shooting is continuing as usual and she does not know many details about the case.
According to reports, Rohit Chandel was arrested over allegations of stalking and allegedly harassing a minor girl. A complaint was registered against him on July 10 under the POCSO Act. Police also added charges related to stalking and causing hurt under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
According to the complaint, the actor kept calling the minor from different phone numbers after she stopped answering his calls. It also says that on July 5, he tried to stop her near her house, followed her, and allegedly abused and hit her when she protested.
Rohit Chandel has worked in TV shows like Pandya Store and Kashibai Bajirao Ballal. Before entering the television industry, he was a professional cricketer and also represented his district in martial arts. He made his TV debut in 2015 after struggling through many auditions and later gained popularity with hit shows and the web series Escape Live. He is currently seen in the TV show Sairab.
