Yami, the current face of Fair & Lovely, says she will not select her endorsements based on someone else’s beliefs. “When we talk about individualism and choice, it’s my life, my decisions… why call my credibility into question?” I am a self-made woman. I shall not base my career on the decisions or ideologies of others. In an interview, Yami stated, “I have my own thinking.”
“A company has the right to market a product, but you cannot demonstrate that not being fair is disturbing.” “You may sell your company, but portraying unfairness as something to be outraged and sad about is not proper,” Yami Gautam stated.
