The mill is equipped with a control laboratory, online NDT inspection, automatic speed synchronisation, high-frequency solid-state welding and a servo-controlled cutting system. With a line speed ranging from 10 to 36 metres per minute.
The mill can process HR carbon steel coils with yield strengths of 250-550 MPa, along with pre-galvanised and zinc-magnesium-coated coils. This strategic addition strengthens its steel product portfolio and supports the company's journey towards its 2,40,000 MT steel pipe capacity target for FY 2026–27.
