EARLY LIFE:
Siddharth Malhotra was born on 16 January 1985 (age 37 years; as of 2022) in Delhi, India. Sidharth was born in Delhi to a Punjabi family. His father, Sunil Malhotra, was a captain in the Merchant Navy, and his mother, Rimma Malhotra, is a homemaker. He has one sibling, Harshad Malhotra, who is a banker. Since childhood, he participated in many drama shows. He studied at Delhi’s Don Bosco School and Birla Vidya Niketan and completed his B.Com from Shaheed Bhagat Singh College, University of Delhi.
CAREER:
At the age of 16, he started his career with the role of Jaichand, brother of a younger version of Prithviraj Chauhan in the TV serial Dharti Ka Veer Yodha Prithviraj Chauhan.
He tried his luck in modelling but failed.
. Soon after, he auditioned for a film to be directed by Anubhav Sinha and was selected. However, due to unknown reasons, the movie was suspended.
During the initial phase of his acting career, he even worked as a clapper in Shahrukh Khan starrer Ra One. Before getting a big break, he worked as an Assistant Director for movies like My Name is Khan and Dostana.

It was rumoured that he started dating Alia Bhatt, during the shooting of SOTY, but they later broke up
It is also now rumoured that he is dating Tara Sutaria., an actress
Later that year, he performed at a charity event with Varun Dhawan, Alia Bhatt, Aditya Roy Kapoor, Shraddha Kapoor, and Huma Qureshi to collect money for the flood victims in Uttarakhand.
