Shilpa Shetty Visits Pashupatinath Temple in Kathmandu, Shares Peaceful Glimpse from Nepal

Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty recently took a spiritual break during her visit to Nepal and offered prayers at the famous Pashupatinath Temple in Kathmandu. She shared a serene photograph from the temple premises on social media, giving fans a glimpse of her peaceful visit. Dressed in traditional yellow attire, the actress was seen standing with folded hands in front of the revered shrine. She captioned the post simply, "@pashupatinath temple #NepalDiaries," making it part of her travel memories from the country.

The Pashupatinath Temple is one of Nepal's most respected Hindu pilgrimage sites and is dedicated to Lord Pashupati, a form of Lord Shiva. Located on the banks of the sacred Bagmati River in Kathmandu, the temple attracts thousands of devotees from across the world every year. Recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1979, it forms part of the Kathmandu Valley heritage complex. The vast temple grounds are home to the main pagoda-style shrine along with more than 500 smaller temples and religious structures.

On the professional front, Shilpa has been keeping busy with television. She is currently hosting the cooking reality show "Maa Hai Na," where celebrity families compete in entertaining culinary challenges. Each team features a celebrity along with their parents or children, creating a mix of cooking, fun, and light-hearted comedy that has connected well with viewers.

Before returning to television, Shilpa was seen in the Kannada action thriller "KD: The Devil." Directed by Prem, the film features a star-studded cast including Dhruva Sarja, Sanjay Dutt, V. Ravichandran, Ramesh Aravind, Reshma Nanayya, Jisshu Sengupta, and Nora Fatehi alongside Shilpa.

Meanwhile, the actress also made headlines recently after fake statements about reservation policies began circulating online in her name. She publicly rejected the claims through a social media post, calling the comments completely fabricated and malicious. Shilpa urged people not to believe or share the false information, making it clear that the viral remarks had no connection with her.

With her latest visit to Pashupatinath Temple, Shilpa once again offered fans a glimpse of her spiritual side while continuing to balance her work commitments in films and television.
