Priyanka Gandhi was born on January 12, 1972, in New Delhi. She completed her education at the Convent of Jesus & Mary, Delhi. She had done her graduation in Psychology. She later completed her master’s in Buddhist studies, in 2010.

She entered politics late compared to her other family members. She officially entered politics in 2019. She was appointed as General Secretary of INC & also in charge of eastern Uttar Pradesh. She was once detained by police when the gathering was banned and she was going to meet the family members of a deceased person.
Priyanka Gandhi was the one who led Uttar Pradesh 2022 Election Campaign. She launched the campaign on 23 October 2021 from Barabanki.
