About – (Vikramaditya Motwane) Motwane worked closely with Sanjay Leela Bhansali for a significant amount of time, and the two of them worked together on the movies Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam (1999) and Devdas (2002). He directed the song scenes in Anurag Kashyap’s film Paanch (2003), which was never released, and he was the Choreographer on Deepa Mehta’s film Water, which was nominated for an Academy Award (2005)
On July 16, 2010, Motwane made his debut as a director with the release of his first feature film, which was titled Udaan (2010) and was produced by Anurag Kashyap for his production company, Anurag Kashyap Films, which was honoured with seven Filmfare honours, including the Filmfare Critics Award for Best Movie, and earned him the title of Best Director at the Star Screen Awards in 2011.
