Actors Nithiin and Sreeleela’s much-awaited action film Robinhood has undergone a major change. The new announcement related to this film produced by Mythri Movie Makers, the makers of Allu Arjun’s blockbuster film Pushpa 2, has left the audience surprised.

Mythri Movie Makers has released an official statement on X (formerly Twitter), stating that the release date of their upcoming film Robinhood has been changed.

While it is extremely challenging to make last minute changes to the release date of this much-awaited film, the makers have said that it was necessary due to ‘unforeseen circumstances’. They have assured fans that the new release date will be announced soon. The makers have also appealed to the audience to keep their excitement alive and wait for the upcoming updates.

They penned, “Due to unforeseen circumstances, #Robinhood will not be releasing on December 25th as planned. A new release date will be announced soon. Hold on to your excitement. The entertainer will be worth the wait. This adventurous entertainer promises to be an unforgettable experience when it arrives in theaters.”

This actress replaced Rashmika

Talking about the casting of the film, Rashmika Mandanna was earlier going to be seen in the lead role. However, Sreeleela has replaced her, and this will be the first time that Nithiin and Sreeleela are working together in a film.

Some tracks of the film have already been released, which received a lot of love from the audience in no time.

Well, as soon as the official announcement was made, discussions about the release date of the film took over the internet. The latest rumours claim that the film is now likely to hit the theatres in February 2025.

This film is directed by Venky Kudumula which was earlier scheduled to release on 25th December but now it has been postponed.
