Actor Aly Goni has reacted after being trolled on social media for not mentioning Elvish Yadav>’s ghee brand in a recent video. Aly had praised the ghee but did not say the brand’s name. Soon after, some social media users questioned him and even linked the issue to religion.
Ali Says Everyone Is Equal for Him
To clear the confusion, Aly shared a video on his Instagram Story and clearly mentioned the brand name, Namo Narayan. He said he never thought that not taking the brand’s name would create such a big controversy. Calling the trolling funny, he said people were making an issue out of nothing. Aly also added that he has no problem saying the brand’s name and that he respects everyone equally, no matter what their religion is.
This is not the first time Aly has faced online criticism. Last year, he was also trolled after attending a Ganesh Chaturthi celebration with his girlfriend Jasmin Bhasin. Later, Aly explained that the viral video had been misunderstood and that he respects every religion, even though he follows his own faith.
