Facts – A source close to the celebrity has stated that Alamgir, who suffers from polycystic kidney disease and is waiting for a kidney transplant, is now in Lahore spending time with Fawad Khan to assist the latter in playing the character properly. The announcement of the film was made earlier this year. Almagir intends to remain in this location for between four and five days, after which he will travel back to Karachi, where he will record eight songs for the production.

Interviews – The name of the film, Albela Rahi, was chosen by the filmmakers as a way to pay homage to one of Alamgir’s most well-known songs, which bears the same name. The struggles that the pop hero had to go through when he first arrived in Pakistan from Bangladesh without any money and had to sleep on the streets are at the heart of this narrative; the name Albela Rahi encapsulates those difficulties. However, because to his lofty goals and dogged determination, he was able to usher in a new age of pop music in the 1970s and establish himself as a formidable competitor.
