Actor Aamir Khan has officially married his long-time partner Gauri Spratt in a private ceremony at his home in Mumbai. Only close family members and a few close friends attended the wedding, followed by a small lunch. Businessman Mukesh Ambani and filmmaker Ashutosh Gowariker were also present at the celebration.
Friends for Years, Now Husband and Wife
During the ceremony, Aamir’s son Azad and Gauri’s son from her previous marriage helped by holding the couple’s wedding rings. Aamir made his relationship with Gauri public on his 60th birthday in 2025. The two have known each other for about 25 years before getting married. Their friendship later turned into love.
Before marrying Gauri, Aamir was married to Reena Dutta and later to filmmaker Kiran Rao. Both marriages ended in divorce, but he has always maintained a respectful relationship with his former partners. In a recent interview, Aamir said Gauri brought peace and happiness into his life and that he feels truly complete with her. At the age of 61, he has now started a new chapter with Gauri by his side.
