With over nine years of experience working in the Industry, Reshma is known for blending creativity with structured training that reflects the most current trends and practices of the modern Beauty Industry. As she became a freelance Make-up Artist, Reshma gained valuable experience working with clients in various markets and learning how to help a range of people to address their unique needs and challenges. Eventually, Reshma transitioned to being a Professional Make-Up & Grooming Trainer, creating Structured Programs at leading Academies and Institutions throughout India. Reshma’s holistic training approach builds not only make-up skillsets, but includes training on hygiene, discipline, body language and employability with the goal of producing confident, industry-ready employees. Her Methodology has gained recognition and awards from several cities such as Nagpur and Bangalore and established her as a Leader in the Beauty Industry Education.

Reshma Raikar has gone beyond beauty training and has created a brand new market to prepare corporate professionals, aviation aspirants, and cabin crew apprentices. Her sessions on Developing Personality and Professional Etiquette allow participants to grow confidence, communicate effectively, and portray themselves credibly, even in stressful professional settings where they may be under a lot of scrutiny. She provides practical knowledge to her clients and is generally looked upon by aviation academies and corporations for practical knowledge and alignment with industry standards via the creation of her training modules that are oriented toward career advancement rather than simply academic subject matter.
Certified NSDC Assessor
Adding further to her credentials as a Professional Development Consultant, Reshma Raikar is a Certified NSDC Assessor and travels regularly to various states in India to perform assessments/witnesses workshops and conduct skill evaluations based on the National Skill Development Frameworks. Additionally, Reshma has been invited by the Department of Travel and Tourism in Chennai to serve as a Guest Speaker, sharing her knowledge and delivering presentations to motivated students regarding grooming and professional etiquette to help them meet the global expectations of industry professionals. Through her work, Reshma Raikar is not just teaching makeup and grooming—she is shaping confident professionals and changing the landscape of vocational and professional training in India.
