Samantha and Raj Nidimoru got married in private wedding on December 1, 2025, with their close family and friends. They first worked together on The Family Man Season 2, directed by Raj and his longtime creative partner DK.
Before marrying Raj, Samantha was married to actor Naga Chaitanya. The two fell in love while working together and got married in 2017 before announcing their separation in 2021.
