She claimed that the company’s chatbot was giving incorrect updates about the outage. According to her, the electricity kept coming and going before it finally went off completely late at night. The actress said it was surprising to see such a long power cut in a city like Mumbai.
Rupali said that if such problems can happen in Mumbai, people in smaller towns may be facing even bigger difficulties. Her post got mixed reactions online.
