JK Lone Hospital in Kota, Rajasthan is once again in the news. 9 newborns died in the last 24 hours at JK Lone Hospital. The District Collector has constituted a committee to investigate this.
Medical Superintendent of JK Lone Hospital S C Dulara says that out of 9 newborns, 3 were brought dead, 3 were congenital diseases and 2 were referral cases.

After the incident, the Rajasthan government has also swung into action. Rajasthan’s Medical Minister Raghu Sharma says that 9 newborns have reported their lives. 3 of which were brought dead. Raghu Sharma said, I have issued instructions that under no circumstances should any newborn be killed due to the negligence of doctors. CM Ashok Gehlot and the government are taking this issue very seriously.
