Biography : Naomi Osaka was born on October 16, 1997. She is a Japanese tennis player. She is the first Japanese to win the 2018 U.S open, she became the first Asian player to win the Grand Slam. She is also the first and only Asian player to ever become the number 1 women’s tennis player in the world.
She was born in Japan and her family was there till she turned three after that they moved to New York. She grew an interest in tennis and was promoted by her father to go ahead with it. In 2016 they moved to Florida and there she left the school and was trained during the day and home tutored at night. She turned to professional tennis in 2013. Japanese federation came ahead to help her.

Personal Life And Her Stand Against Racial Discrimination
Osaka is a very expressive woman. She has been very open towards her views about various issues which caused some controversies and a lot of attention. To show solidarity toward the black life matters protests she temporarily removed her name from Southern Open Tennis Tournament.
