Storyline- The film Mangla depicts the struggle and courage of a woman who did not give up her passion for music even after a horrific acid attack. Despite being ignored by society due to her altered appearance, Mangla overcame challenges in education and work. Her unwavering dedication to classical music allowed her to earn a doctorate and become a respected music teacher. Her deep and powerful voice, which is compared to Lata Mangeshkar, helped her overcome society’s prejudices. Mangla’s story is a symbol of human courage and self-confidence, proving that true beauty lies in perseverance and talent.
