Kr$na was born in New Delhi on October 4, 1989 to a Kashmiri pandit family. His family relocated to London for personal reasons, and he attended school in south London, England.

Then he returns to India to complete his studies at Hansraj College Delhi. After that, he went to Mumbai to finish his post-graduate studies at St. Xavier’s College.

EARLY LIFE OF Kr$na

KR$NA began rapping at the age of 14 in order to fit in with the culture of his school. He didn’t want to miss out on the London hip-hop scene, so he began rapping to gain general acceptance from school kids.

He wrote his first lyrics on tissue paper, joined a local crew, and began battling, which quickly became an obsession. When he returned to India in 2003, he discovered that there was no rap scene in India. He continued his education and college studies.

He met some people who shared his passion for hip-hop. Krsna recorded his first song when he was 18 years old, and he later began recording and releasing the song on his Myspace page in 2006.

By 2008, he had amassed a small local fanbase in New Delhi and had collaborated with artists from the United States and Canada.

CAREER

In 2019, he releases three diss tracks for Emiway (Freeverse feast, Seedha makeover, and Dum hai). Every disstrack has appropriate punchlines and metaphors. However, Emiway did not respond directly to him.

At the beginning of 2020, Krsna drops a diss track titled Untitled for Muhfaad, to which Muhfaad responds with Disstrack, and the biggest dissgame in Desi hiphop begins, with him dropping another two diss tracks titled Maharani and Makasam. In these diss tracks, he demonstrates his technical abilities.

KR$NA had a huge impact on the diss game. Respect for his level of technicality and metaphor in his equally mind-blowing lyrics.

There is no doubt about it. Kr$na is one of India’s best lyricist rappers. Tracks like Seedha Makeover and Makasam have demonstrated his level of creativity and savagery as an artist.
