EARLY LIFE :
He was born in the Karun family on 6 December 1991 in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India. He is the second son of his parents, Prema Nahir and Kaladharan Nahir, who were already blessed with a daughter Shruti Nair. In later days he moved to Bangalore. Karun was a premature baby. He was facing problems in his lungs which are very weak, so to improve his body capacity and strength, doctors advised him to join the sports at Koramangala Sports Academy in 2001. After he moved to Bangalore. At the academy, Sivananda was his coach.
CAREER :
He made his first debut for Karnataka in the year 2013-2014. He became a stage at the Ranji Trophy in the last group-stage match by scoring consecutive centuries. He scored 709 runs in 10 matches, including the 328-run score against Tamil Nadu in the finals. This again helped the team win the Ranji Trophy in 2014-2015. He also debuted in the 2018-19 Deodhar Trophy for India A. In the Duleep Trophy, he was also a part of the India Red team in 2019-2020. Currently, he is playing for the team Kolkata Knight Riders.
On 11 June 2016, he made a debut against Zimbabwe in the ODI, and on 26 November 2016, he played for England in Manali. His first triple century came in the ODI match on 13 June 2016 against Zimbabwe. His last test was against Australia in Dharamshala in 2017. He was part of some of the teams in the IPL. First, he played for Royal Challengers in 2013, but that’s only in 2 matches, and not such an impact full matches were done. In 2014 he was selected from Rajasthan Royals when he flourished as a top-order batsman in white-ball cricket. He scored 300 runs in the first season with the Royals. After that, Rajasthan was banned from the competition for two years for doing illegal betting and max fixing probe. He captained Delhi in the year 2017 series in the 3 matches after an injury to Zaheer Khan. In 2018 he moved to Kings XI Punjab. He scored 300 runs after that because of the low performance; he moved toward the 2021 auction. Kolkata Knight Riders banned him during the auction he still has not got a chance to field for them.
PERSONAL LIFE :
In 2019 he proposed to Sanaya Tankariwala to marry, then they dated for a year, and in 2020 they married on 16 January 2020. The last couple said that they are making family plans.
