EARLY LIFE :
Kartik Tyagi was born on Wednesday, 8 November 2000, in Dhanaura village in Hapur, Uttar Pradesh. His zodiac sign is Scorpio. Kartik studied at LN Public School, Hapur, but he was least interested in studies. Kartik’s father’s financial condition was not good, and he did not want his son to become a farmer like him.
Kartik Tyagi comes from a low-income agricultural family. His father’s name is Yogendra Tyagi, while his mother is Nandini. Kartik’s father, Yogendra Tyagi, was also a budding sportsperson in his young days and was passionate about shooting ball; however, he could not pursue the sport owing to the lack of family support. While Kartik Tyagi gave his 100 percent on the field, his father gave his 100 percent off the field to provide Kartik with quality training facilities. Being a farmer, Yogendra never let his son Kartik step into the area.
CAREER :
Kartik Tyagi was selected to play for the Uttar Pradesh Under-14 Cricket Team at the age of 13, followed by a selection in the Uttar Pradesh Under-16 Cricket Team. He took 50 wickets in his debut under-16 season. Impressed by his performance, selectors of the Uttar Pradesh Cricket Team included him in the senior team for the Ranji Trophy even before selecting him for the under-19 side. On 6 October 2017, at the tender age of 16, Kartik played his first Ranji Trophy match for Uttar Pradesh (UP) against Railways in Lucknow.
On 5 February 2018, he played his maiden List-A match representing Uttar Pradesh against Delhi at Bilaspur, UP. In the players’ auction for the IPL 2020, the Rajasthan Royals bought him for a whopping INR 1.30 crore. [2] He was also a part of the Indian squad for the 2020 Under-19 Cricket World Cup. He took eleven wickets in the six matches that he played in the tournament.
On 6 October 2020, Kartik Tyagi made his T20 debut for the Rajasthan Royals against Mumbai Indians in Abu Dhabi.
PERSONAL LIFE :
Coming to the youngster’s personal life, Tyagi is very much single and has no plans to enter a relationship anytime soon.
