Kangana Ranaut Gets Emotional Recalling the Night of the 26/11 Attacks, Shares Her Terrifying Experience

During the trailer launch of her upcoming film, Bharat Bhagya Vidhata, Kangana Ranaut shared a memory linked to the night of the 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks. She recounted that she was attending a house party in Mumbai at the time when she suddenly received news of the horrific attacks.

Kangana said she was new to the film industry and was attending a party at actress Shahana Goswami's house. Everyone was enjoying the party when Mahesh Bhatt asked them to turn on the TV. After watching the news, they learned about the Mumbai terror attacks.

Kangana said everyone was scared, and on Mahesh Bhatt's advice, around 20–25 people stayed inside the house for the entire night. The 26/11 attacks claimed 166 lives. Kangana's film Bharat Bhagya Vidhata tells the story of the brave nurses and ward boys of Cama Hospital during the 26/11 attacks. It will release on June 12, 2026.
