Jyotiraditya Scindia met on Tuesday by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah. Soon after, Scindia resigned from the Congress. Apart from Scindia, 19 MLAs of his group also resigned on Tuesday.
Jyotiraditya Scindia resigned after being angry with the Congress yesterday and now he has joined the BJP. The BJP has given him a Rajya Sabha ticket.
Scindia said that the Congress is no longer the party it was before, the mind is sad. Today, the goal of public service is not met through that organization. Targeting CM Kamal Nath, he said that the transfer industry is going on in Madhya Pradesh.
Jyotiraditya Scindia praised PM Modi, said, ‘I consider my good fortune that Modi ji have provided me with the platform that we can move forward on the path of public service. No one has got such a mandate in the country as Modi ji has got. He works by being very active, capable and fully dedicated, he has raised the name of the country. They have the ability to work out the challenges of the future and plan for it, in their hands India’s future is completely secure. I am curious that along with Nadda ji on the path shown by our PM Modi ji, on the path shown by Amit Shah ji along with crores of workers, I am thankful for the opportunity for public service and development of the country.
