Reliance Jio Infocom-RJio has accused Airtel (Airtel) and Vodafone-Idea (VI) of spreading false rumours. The company has demanded strict action from the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI). In fact, Jio alleges that Airtel and VI had unethically spread rumours during the Kisan movement that Jio was going to benefit from the new agricultural laws.
Jio has said These companies continued to unequivocally/indirectly support lies and rumours that Reliance would unfairly benefit from the new agricultural laws. Jio has also attributed these rumored campaigns to a large number of number port requests.
According to Jio customers are referring to these campaigns to port their numbers. Customers are saying that they don’t have any service related or other problems with Jio.
