About – Because, as Ms. Taparia says at the beginning of the story, “first is marriage, then love,” and “everything gets corrected after marriage,” everything that takes place in this world has a purpose, and that purpose is to locate a bride or a husband.
Ms. Taparia, who claims to be “Mumbai’s top matchmaker,” welcomes a number of new customers into the fold for the new season in the hopes that she would be able to help them discover “The One.” Some of her previous clients from the first season also return for the new season.
Given that none of the couples she matched up in the previous season ended up getting married, the amount of faith that these wealthy and successful millennials put in the matchmaker, who is commonly referred to as “Sima aunty,” may appear dubious to many people.
On the other hand, that is not the only aspect of Sima aunty or the show that raises questions.
