Fitness2Flash was founded by Rinku Shah to make women around the world as fit as possible. She was an airline industry employee before she became a fitness trainer. Health was something that she always found interesting. What actually got her into fitness was her bad back which made her take charge of her health, and when she overcame her health issue it fueled the fire and passion in her to reach out and help others who feel the same way.
