Krishna Kumar Dinesh Karthik is an Indian cricketer & Cricket commentator who plays for the Indian National Cricket team. He also plays for The Royal Challengers, Bangalore. He is also the captain of the Tamil Nadu state cricket team. He started playing for the Indian National Cricket team in 2004. He had played over 300 T20 matches and he is the third player to do so.
Early Life of Dinesh
Dinesh started playing cricket at the age of 10. He completed his high school at Don Bosco Matriculation School, Chennai. He was trained for cricket by his father whom himself played for the Chennai cricket team. He initially was a batsman and wicketkeeper. He played in the under-14 team of Tamil Nadu in 1999. Within the next two years, he not only played for under 19 but also for the first-class team.

He had many achievements over the years of his career. He made a test century in a match against Bangladesh. He was the best performing batsman on England tour. He played a major role in the win against England. It was the first series won by India in 21 years. Although he has not been able to play well after 2007. He was removed from the test team squad.
