Ameesha Patel has once again expressed her displeasure regarding a statement made by Zakir Khan. Zakir Khan said the industry was jealous of Dhurandhar 2, but Ameesha Patel disagreed. She said it’s easy to make fun of successful people, but very hard to reach their level.
In an interview, she added that making jokes about others on stage is not right. She challenged him to first achieve that level of success, then he would understand how it feels. Ameesha further remarked that the film’s success has fostered an atmosphere of learning within the industry, rather than one of jealousy. According to her, numerous filmmakers and actors are praising the film and are using it as a benchmark to strive for excellence in their own work.
Emphasizing the necessity of healthy competition, she noted that it serves as a catalyst, motivating us to move forward and create superior content. Additionally in a lighthearted vein she expressed a desire to know the names of the individuals who had supposedly called Zakir to confess their “jealousy.” This controversy originated at an awards ceremony, where Zakir Khan jokingly remarked that the success of Dhurandhar 2 had caused a stir within the industry a comment that has now escalated into a full-blown debate.
