EARLY LIFE :
Aamir Ali was born Aamir Ali Malik on 1 September 1977 in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. He did his schooling at St. Anthony High School, Mumbai, and enrolled in American University, Washington DC, USA to pursue a Bachelor of Arts in Film & Media Studies.
Aamir belongs to a Muslim Family and follows Islam.
CAREER :
Aamir started his career with the commercial for “Bajaj Scooters.” Next, he was featured in TV commercials of “Aptech Computers,” “Ponds talc,” “Chevrolet,” “Maruti Zen,” “BSNL,” “Videocon D2H,” and “State bank of India.” Thereafter, he played small roles in films like “Yeh Kya Ho Raha Hai?,” “Anjaan,” “Raakh,” and “I Hate Luv Storys.”
Aamir Ali made his debut on television with the Star Plus show “Kahani Ghar Ghar Kii,” where he played the role of ‘Sameer Kaul.’ Subsequently, he appeared in tv serials like “Sarabhai Vs Sarabhai,” “Woh Rahne Wali Mehlon Ki,” “Kya Dill Mein Hai,” “Kucch Is Tara,” and “Kis Desh Mein Hai Meraa Dil.”
Next, he was featured in Sab TV’s serial “F.I.R.” as Chief Inspector Bajrang Pandey.’ His role in the serial was very much liked by the audience.
In 2007, he won season 3 of the dance reality show “Nach Baliye,”
along with his wife Sanjeeda Sheikh. Next, he appeared as a contestant in Sony TV’s adventure show “Power Couple” with his wife.
Aamir has been titled “Mr. Photogenic,” “Best Smile,” and “Best Dressed Personality” in Grasim Mr India (2000).
In 2019, he is playing the lead role in Rishtey TV’s entertainment show “Navrangi Re.”
PERSONAL LIFE :
After years of courtship, Aamir got married to actress Sanjeeda Sheikh in 2012. However, after several years of separation, the couple divorced in January 2022. The couple has a daughter named Ayra Ali.
