Former Australian batsman Mark Waugh believes the Indian team has no hope of a return to the Test series after an embarrassing defeat in Adelaide and the hosts could make a clean sweep from 4-0.
Australia won by eight wickets in the first Test in Adelaide after India reduced their minimum score of Test cricket to 36 in the second innings.
Mark Waugh said that they could have won the Adelaide Test.Virat Kohli was playing only 1 Test. I thought the conditions there were also favourable to them. He said that now he does not think Indian Team will be able to make a comeback after losing the first Test in three days. Australia will win 4-0.
Former Australian wicketkeeper batsman Brad Haddin also said the first Test was a golden opportunity for India to win and it is impossible to make a comeback now.
