Storyline – A forthcoming Pakistani fantasy film titled UmroAyyar – A New Beginning is now under production. Umro is a well-known character from an old novel written in Urdu. The director was Azfar Jafri, while VR Chili Production was responsible for the production.

About – Beginning his career as a 3D Character Animator, Azfar advanced to the role of visual effects lead at Trango, where he contributed to advertisements for Lexus, Scion, Nike, UPS, and Mobilink-BlackBerry, among other local and international brands.
Produced by Imran Raza Kazmi and scripted by Osman Khalid Butt, Azfar’s debut feature as a filmmaker was the critically acclaimed Siyaah, which he got his start on with a series of short films.
To top it all off, he also provided the voice of the main character, Hero, in the critically acclaimed and commercially successful 2018 film Allahyar and the Legend of Markhor.
The PAF film he is directing now, Sherdil, will be released in 2019, following his previous hits Janaan and Parchi.
Heer Maan Ja, a love movie set in Punjab featuring action, drama, and comedy, will be released in 2019. It will reunite the team that worked on his previous hits, including producer Imran Raza Kazmi, actors Ali Rehman Khan and Hareem Farooq, and choreographer Osman Khalid Butt.
