Shantanu Maheswari is a famous Indian dancer, choreographer, actor, and host. He debuted in the show Dil Dosti Dance and recently appeared in Gangubai Katiawadi. His role in Gangubai was very much loved by the fans. His multitalented personality always leaves people amazed.

Early Life

Maheshwari was born on March 7, 1991, into a middle-class family in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. He was good at sports and dancing. At just 8, he joined the reality show "Kya Masti Kya Dhoom". He also participated in "India's Got Talent" season 1. For his higher studies, Shantanu moved to Mumbai and got admission to the H.R. College of Commerce and Economics. He was also a member of his college's Street Soul Dance Crew [SSDC].

Career

Shantanu started his acting career at a very young age. He made his Channel V debut in Dil Dosti Dance. Shantanu later appeared in episodic shows such as Pyaar Tune Kya Kiya, Yeh Hai Aashiqui, Bindass TV's Bindass Naach, and others. He has also been a part of several reality shows, such as Jhalak Dikhla Jaa and Khatron Ke Khiladi. Along with his dancing crew, he also performed at the University of Oxford, the Indian Television Academy Awards, Radio Mirchi Top 20, and more.

His debut in Bollywood with Bhansali's film "Gangubai Kathiawadi" was a great boon to his acting career.
