Filmmaker Rajkumar Hirani recently spoke about the film Munna Bhai MBBS during an event which is his first hit film. He also told that he can soon announce Munna Bhai-3. However, the script of the film is not finalized yet.
Director Rajkumar Hirani said, ‘I have not one or two but five incomplete scripts for Munna Bhai. I worked on one script for six months, but could only reach the interval. One script is Munna Bhai LLB, the other is Munna Bhai Chal Base, Munna Bhai Chale America, and there are some more.’
Rajkumar Hirani further said, ‘Writing the story of Munna Bhai 3 is quite challenging for me. Firstly, I have to make this film better than the previous two films. Secondly, a lot has been shown in cinema in today’s time, so in such a situation, something new has to be added to the story of the film so that people watch it. However, I have a unique idea on which I am working.
Hirani also said in a funny manner, ‘My biggest fear is that one day Sanjay Dutt will come to my house and threaten me saying that make the next Munnabhai film soon.’ However, Rajkumar Hirani said that he is seriously thinking about making Munnabhai-3.
