In Palkadali village, the Sarpanch, VRO and Medical Officer die in very strange and horrifying circumstances. Each death brings with it a new mystery. When the police begin the investigation, the first two cases yield fingerprints of thirty different people. But in the third death, only one fingerprint is found, which is surprising. During the investigation, the police realize that these incidents are not ordinary, but a deep conspiracy hatched to take revenge for the injustice done to the village in the past. Some villagers have come together and planned this revenge. The single fingerprint found becomes the most important link in solving this mystery. The story takes a turn when the hidden past of the village is revealed and people are forced to face their old crimes – an end that is bittersweet, but necessary.
