Bjp MP Sakshi Maharaj, who is in discussions over the controversial statements, has said that there are more Muslims in India than Pakistan, now their minority status should be scrapped.
According to media reports. Addressing a function in Unnao on Saturday, he said, India has a higher Muslim population than Pakistan so the minority status of Muslims should be abolished with immediate effect.
Muslims should now consider themselves to be younger brothers and sisters of Hindus and stay with them in the country.
Speaking on the growing population of the country, Sakshi said,A bill on growing population will soon be introduced in Parliament. Those who have more than two children will be deprived of contesting elections.
