Munmun Dutta was born into a Bengali household. Her parents are both accomplished singers. She began to take an interest in singing, just like her family. She then attended classical vocal training. On June 11, 2018, her father died from a long-term illness.

Munmun Dutta’s acting career began in 2004 with the Zee TV series “Hum Sab Barati.” She also gave acting a shot and made her screen debut in the movie “Mumbai Express” (2005). She has appeared in numerous films and TV series, but the programme “Tarak Mehta Ka OoltaChashma,” has been running on TV for over eight years, where she first gained notoriety.
Personal Life :
Munmun Dutta allegedly had a relationship with actor Armaan Kohli, according to the sources. But the relationship was short-lived because of his aggressive personality. Armaan reportedly used to torture Munmun violently. She was rumoured to be dating Raj Anadkat, who played the character Tappu in the television series Taarak Mehta Ka Oolta Chashmah, in September 2021.
