Mandira Bedi was born on Saturday, April 15, 1972 in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. She is an Aries by horoscope. Fazilka, Punjab, India, is where she was raised. She completed her education at Cathedral and John Connon School in Mumbai before enrolling at St. Xavier’s College there. CAREER:
In 1995, Mandira made her acting debut in the well-known romantic Indian film “Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge.”
Later, she had appearances in a number of well-known Bollywood movies, including The Tashkent Files, Dus Kahaniyaan, and Shaadi Ka Laddoo (2019).
Manmadhan (2004), her first film in Tamil, saw her portray the lead.
With the 2019 Telugu film Saaho, she made her acting debut as Kalki. With Ezham Mudra, she made her Malayalam film debut (2021).
She received offers to work at Ogilvy & Mather Advertising Agency and to portray the title character in Doordarshan’s debut daily serial for Indian television, “Shanti,” both in 1994. In a 2016 interview with a media outlet, Mandira claimed that the television show “Shanti” helped her develop her sense of self-worth.
CONTEXTUAL LIFE:
On February 14, 1999, Mandira Bedi wed Raj Kaushal, an Indian director, producer, and stuntman who worked in the late 1990s and early 2000s.
The couple announced their pregnancy on social media on January 27, 2011.
Mandira gave birth to a boy on June 19, 2011, at the Lilavati Hospital in Mumbai, and gave him the name Vir.
In order to complete their family, Madira and her husband applied to adopt a baby girl in 2013. In October 2020, they successfully completed their adoption of a four-year-old girl who they named Tara Bedi Kaushal.
Raj Kaushal passed away on June 30, 2021, after a heart attack.
