There is a severe drought in Kothalavadi village. The people are suffering due to lack of water and work and are forced to make ends meet. A greedy scrap dealer takes advantage of this difficult time. He makes the villagers work in illegal sand mining so that he can earn more money and power. He uses the people for his own benefit, which leads to tension and conflicts in the village.

One day a terrible incident takes place, which leads to bloodshed and the situation becomes even worse. After this, three people come face to face in the village, an honest and strict officer, a manipulative man and a wise but cunning leader. All three want to take power in the village.

Now the people of the village have to make a crucial decision i.e., will they support truth and freedom or will they fall prey to greed and lose everything?
