Disha Parmar who was Born on 11 November 1992, She was born and brought up in an upper-class family from Delhi, India. She belongs to a Hindu family from Delhi, India.
Her Father’s name is Ashok Parmar and her Mother name is Geeta Parmar.
She has one sibling, her younger brother’s name is Gaurav Parmar. Disha Parmar did her early schooling at Sadhu Vaswani International School, Delhi. After that, she enrolled herself at Lady Shri Ram College for Women, Delhi from where she completed her graduation.
During her college days, she used to participate in dance competitions, modelling and fashion shows. After completing her graduation she started working at “Elite Model Management India Pvt. Ltd”.
CAREER :
Disha Parmar started her career as a Management professional in a Delhi-based company, Elite Model Management India and organized several auditions for Rajshri Productions.
In 2012, she tried her luck in the acting field and gave an audition for the role of Pankhuri in the TV serial “Pyaar Ka Dard Hai Meetha Meetha Pyaara Pyaara” and luckily got selected.
She worked in many local commercials, fashion shows and print shoots in Delhi before starting her career in the field of acting.
In 2017, she appeared in Zee TV’s serial, “Woh Apna Sa” as Jhanvi Agarwal/Jia Mehra opposite Sudeep Sahir.
She participated in several TV reality shows like Box Cricket League Season 1, Bigg Boss Season 9 as a Guest and I Don’t Watch TV.
In 2019, she appeared in the music video “Yaad Teri” along with her boyfriend Rahul Vaidya, directed by Sidhant Sachdev.

Disha Parmar married is with singer Rahul Vaidya on 16 July 2021. He proposed to her on her birthday during Bigg Boss 14.
