About – (Abu Aleeha) Born on July 31st, 1981, Abu Aleeha began his career in crime/investigative reporting with prominent English and Urdu daily newspapers of Pakistan. He is also known by the name Ali Sajjd Shah, which he uses when referring to himself as a filmmaker and screenwriter. His film Javed Iqbal is the one that has brought him the most notoriety. As a filmmaker, he has created nine films to this point, including Kataksha and Sheenogai.
While films such as Tevar, Udham Patakh, Shotcut, and Javed Iqbal have been made available to the public, Daadal, Lockdown, and Once Upon a Time in Karachi have been finished production and are still awaiting release. In total, 12 of Abu Aleeha’s works have been brought into print and distributed. Main Khamyaza Sahil Ka, Ali ki Ein and Kukri are quite renowned.
