Storyline – The Indian movie Bholaa is an adaptation of the Tamil movie Kaithi. The plot of the original Tamil film, which was written and directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, centred on an ex-convict (played by Karthi) who, after being released from prison, makes the decision to meet his daughter for the first time but finds himself caught in a standoff between the police and the drug mafia instead of being able to do so.

He is responsible for fielding all of the calls on his own. The actor in me is always being directed by the director in me. It is always the director’s responsibility to communicate his vision to the actor and inform them what has to be done. And I’ve always been an actor who works best with directors. I was acting as a guide for both myself and the other members of the team.
