Production – The film Aan, which was only just announced by Haseeb Hasan and will star Fawad Khan, Sanam Saeed, and Zara Noor Abbas in leading parts, is the most recent addition to the list of movies that have the potential to be box office hits. It is scripted by acclaimed playwright Umera Ahmed, who has written many projects for Hasan in the past including ongoing drama serial, Alif that is gaining a lot of recognition in Pakistan and abroad.

The director-first producer’s film, Parwaaz Hai Junoon (2018), about the air force, made about PKR 43 crores at the box office, and this will be his second. The director claims that Aan will “capture a few historical occurrences” related to the Navy, while the former film focused on a story involving air force officers.
