Actor Sonu Sood announced a new initiative on Sunday under which he would provide e-rickshaws to poor people who have lost their livelihood source during the Corona virus epidemic.
Sood, who has worked in films like Dabang”, “Jodha Akbar”, and “Simba”, made headlines by helping the migrants across the country during the lockdown.
Sood said that his initiative called ‘Khudam Kamo Ghar Chalo’ aims to create employment opportunities to make people self-reliant.
Sood said in a statement, I believe that it is more important to provide job opportunities than to deliver goods. I am sure this initiative will help them to become self-reliant again.
The actor had earlier also launched the ‘ Pravasi Rozgar ‘ app which aims to connect with people who lost their jobs in the epidemic. Specific programs have been introduced to improve their skills through this app.
