shefali became noted when she appeared in the famous music video Kaanta Laga and played Bijli in the film Mujhse Shaadi Karogi with Akshay Kumar and Salman Khan. Later, she participated in the dance reality shows Nach Baliye 5 and Nach Baliye 7 along with Parag Tyagi. In 2018, she played the female lead in ALT Balaji’s web series Baby Come Naa opposite Shreyas Talpade. In 2019, she participated in the controversial reality show Bigg Boss 13.
EARLY LIFE :
Shefali was born on Wednesday, 15 December 1982, in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Her zodiac sign is Sagittarius. She did her schooling at Jamnabai Narsee School, Gujarat, and later, she joined Sardar Patel College of Engineering Anand in Gujarat and completed her B.E. in Information Technology.
She was born into a Gujarati family. Her father’s name is Satish Jariwala. Her mother, Sunita Jariwala, works at the State Bank of India. She has a sister, Shivani Jariwala.
CAREER :
She started her career in 2002 by featuring in the ‘Kaanta Laga music video. The song was a huge hit, and Shefali gained immense popularity. Later, she appeared in other music videos, including- Kabhi Aar Kabhi Paar Remix (2002), Maal Bhari Aahe – DJ Hot Remix (2004), and Pyar hamein kis mode pe le aaya (2006). She did a cameo in the Bollywood film- Mujhse Shaadi Karogi (2004). In 2008, she participated in Sony TV’s dance show ‘Boogie Woogie.’ In 2011, she appeared in the Kannada movie- Hudugaru. Shefali participated in season 5 and season 7 of the celebrity dance reality show Nach Baliye, along with her husband, Parag Tyagi.
She has appeared in two Hindi web series- Baby Come Naa (2018) and Booo Sabki Phategi (2019). In 2019, Shefali entered the house of Bigg Boss 13 as a wild card contestant.
