Early life :
Rubina Dilaik was born on 26 august 1987 Shimla, Himachal Pradesh. She studied at Shimla public school and st. Bede’s college, Shimla from where she completed her graduation. Her father name is Gopal Dilaik who is a serviceman ,a writer. Her mother name is Shakuntla Dilaik who is a homemaker. Rubina has two younger Siblings Jyotika Dilaik and Rohini Dilaik.
Since childhood, she has a keen interest in dancing and modelling. she participated in many local beauty pageant contests and won two of them. she won the Miss Shimla title in 2006 and Miss North India Pageant in 2008. During her college days, she was a National level champion in a debate.
Career :
she started her acting career from chotti bahu though she wanted to be an ias and was preparing but got selected in auditions held in chandigarh. Rubina gained recognition by playing radhika shastri in zee television chotti bahu .
In 2012, she played simran “smiley” gill in sony television saas bina sasural.
In 2013, she played divya jakhotia in zee television punar vivah – ek nayi umeed opposite karan grover.
