Early Life :
Prabhu Deva was born in Mysore present day Karnataka.He was born on 3rd april 1973 to Mugur sundar ,a chorograpgher of south Indian films and Mahadevaamma Sundar.
On his father insistence ,He took up his dancing classes and mastered various forms of dances like Bharatanathiyam as well as western forms.
Career:
Dev first appeared in film Mouna Ragam for song “Panivizhum Iravu”,.His first debut as choreographer was in Kamal Hassan’s vetri vizha.He has choreographed more than 100 films .

Personal Life :
Prabhu Deva married Ramlath ,and had three children.
The elder children died of cancer at the age of 13,they got divorced in 2011 ,after it was found deva was having an live in with Nayantra ,an indian film actress.
Later the news leaking that Nayantra and prabhu got separated in 2012.
As of now Prabhu is married to Himani ,a Mumbai based physiotherapist .
