BJP president JP Nadda will meet farmers in West Bengal on a one day tour on Saturday. After addressing the farmers in Burdwan, he will also start a door-to-door rice collection campaign in the electoral state. The BJP’s plan is to reach 73 lakh villagers in the state, after collecting a handful of rice from farmers.
During this time he will also tell about his party’s commitment for the development of farmers. The party’s chief spokesperson Anil Baluni said that Nadda would spend most of his time in Jagadanandpur village and would do road shows from Burdwan Ghantaghar to Lord Curzon Gauge. He will also address the Farmer Security Gram Sabha.
