Interviews- Talking about her Marathi debut, Elli said, “When I first read the script, I immediately loved it. I knew it would be a challenge, especially because it’s in Marathi. I wasn’t sure if I could manage the language, but the script was so good, I just couldn’t pass it up. I’ve always admired Marathi films. The performances are always so impressive, and the way they portray Indian culture really resonates with me. So, I decided to take on the challenge. I’m also quite keen on exploring different industries, as I did with my Tamil debut. For me, it’s always about the script and the role, and if they’re great, I’m happy to step in.”
Talking about the character she further says, “It was so much fun to play the character of Miss Pinto,” she shared. “When the kids were sitting there, and I entered the classroom, they all said, ‘Good morning, teacher!’ It felt really nice. It was such an enjoyable experience to shoot in an actual school here in India, and I loved stepping into the character of a teacher, guiding children.”
