Disney Plus Hotstar has shared a video on Instagram and announced the release date along with the caption ” Kanoon ki har ladayi dilchasp hogi, kyunki ab maidaan mein hai Reeta Sanyal”. This series will stream on Disney Plus Hotstar on October 14.
In an interview, Adah talked about the character of Reeta Sanyal. She said, “I always wanted to play a character like Reeta Sanyal. I have been fortunate that I have not been typecast and I have got to play such characters – some admirable, some scary, some lovely and many not like me, but the moment I read the script of Reeta Sanyal, I knew that this show was for me. As actors, we have to do different projects to play different characters.”
Adah further says “Here I got a chance to play the character of 10 people in one show! It has action, comedy, drama, adventure, crime, everything! This series presents the essence of the challenges faced by a girl who is trying to make it big as a lawyer and detective. What makes it different from what you have seen before is that Reeta Sanyal is like reading a comic book. It is fun, exciting, thrilling and larger than life.
