Abhishek Khanna was born and brought up in Mumbai, Maharashtra. His family basically belongs to Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. After completing his schooling, he started to work in Mumbai for his livelihood. Khanna used to work in a studio where he was as sweeper. A director noticed him there and he gave an opportunity to play a role in a play where Khanna put his bestand thus his journey in acting was started.
